Who is allowed to participate?
The summer intensive is open to any high school level student, including those who are getting ready to attend or who are about to graduate. We are in need of singers/actors and also technicians!

What is being performed?
The musical "Godspell" is being performed in the Tallwood HS auditorium.

What do I need to do for auditions?
- If possible, pre-register. If not, just show up on one of the two auditions dates.
- Come prepared with a short song and monologue
- If you don't have a song with sheet music or a monologue, come anyway! We can give you something to sing or act.
Do I need prior experience or special training?
Even though those would make things more comfortable or easier, they are certainly NOT required.
The purpose of the summer musical intensive is to give students of all experience and training levels the opportunity to be a part of the excitement and fun of putting a musical together. There is a place for all training and experience levels!

When are practices?
Rehearsals are typically 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, the last two weeks of June. See the calendar page for details.
Please note: the schedule may fluctuate a little due to the demands and nature of the rehearsal process. However, we will do our best to adhere to the published schedule.

What does a student need to bring to practices?
- First and foremost, bring a great attitude and a good work ethic. We are going to create something wonderful together!
- Come prepared with comfortable clothes that allow free movement.
- Bring water and a snack.
- Bring a writing utensil of some kind, so that you can take blocking/acting notes.
When are Performances?
- Thursday June 28 @2pm
- Friday June 29 @7pm
- Saturday June 30 @ 7pm.

How much does it cost to participate?
The summer intensive is FREE!!!!! There is no up-front cost for each student to participate.
However....

However....
- Each student will be responsible for providing his/her own costume (which will probably be regular clothes they may have in their personal closet).
- Each student will be required to do their very best to sell 10 tickets to the show (the income from the ticket sales is what pays for the production itself).
